Front-End Offers + Back-End Offers = Profitable Scale

Why?

Because scaling your business to $10M+ isn't as simple as tossing Zuckerberg more and more ad spend until everyone in the world has bought your product.

Most Ecom brands doing $1-5M a year are struggling to get to $10-20M for one reason.

Profitability

We are in business for profit

You can get away with pumping up ad spend every time you want to generate more revenue. The only issue with that is to that your profitability continues to decrease.

Why?

Every year running ads gets more expensive, more competitors enter your space, algorithms change, and eventually spending more on ads doesn’t bring in more profit.

And profit is what scales businesses. Sure revenue is good and more sales are fun. But the worlds best brands are built off their back-end and not their front-end.

Front-End vs Back-End

Your front-end (aka your paid ads) is meant to do one thing:

Get people in the door and securing potential future cashflow

Future cashflow? I’ll answer that in a minute.

The biggest brands in your space are (most times) even willing to break even or lose money on their front end ads.

How can they afford to lost money?

You guessed it! Having a strong back-end.

The Most Profitable Back-End Marketing Channel

When you have built out a strong back-end marketing channel, such as email & sms marketing, you unlock the ability to market to the people that you’ve already paid to acquire.

The cool part? You don’t have to pay to market to them again!

Email & sms marketing is virtually free, giving it insanely high ROI.

This is how the big brands scale. With their back-end channels, the focus on squeezing as much profit out of each customer THEY ALREADY PAID TO ACQUIRE.

These means once they get these customers to buy again for the second time, that second purchase is all profits (minus your cogs)

You're ability to get people to REPEAT PURCHASE is what gives your business the room to not just scale but to do so profitably.

Mailing your email list is like the Fed printing money, just do it more 🤷‍♂️ 

Most Brands Have Profits Hiding In Plain Sight

All of this revenue from your customers that you’ve already paid to acquire is being left on the table every…single…month.

Where?

Your email list.

Yes, really. The list of people who’ve already bought from you or opt-ed into your email marketing are where all your extra profits are waiting.

You already paid to acquire them, they know, like, and trust you already.

If you’re product is actually good and made their life better or solved their painful problem orrr met their wildest desire…

You can get then to keep coming back for more.

So start scooping up all that extra profit you have sitting in your email list before they forget your brand even exists!
